Answer:	I'm not really sure without doing a side by side comparison. I just glanced at it and noticed that the biggest difference is the joint cushioning compound that is not present in the multi. The vitamen part is almost the same if not identical. If you are going to do a side by side comparison, you should use the "new smaller pill" for the mega men sports version as they don't carry the old one anymore. I also saw that the multi one has a bunch of fruit blends that is not in the sports one. Hope I answered your question. It all comes down to what you want beyond the regular vitamen part.

Answer:	I use it in homemade toothpaste. You can also make household cleaner, I've just used Pinterest to find recipes. It is great for your immune system. I like to diffuse it. I have used it topically, just a few drops on the bottom of my feet at night. Because of the clove mainly, it recommended that you dilute it with a carrier oil (coconut, jojoba, almond, etc). Clove is some very potent stuff, I used it directly on my gums and it numbed it. Some use it for babies when they are teething as well, but once again it needs to be diluted even more than for an adult. Some companies/articles tell you not to use it in children at all. Pinterest was a great resource for me, giving me ideas, recipes, and even articles to reason oils.
