Answer:	10% per label. The picture is a little misleading. Package is much smaller than appears. A little bigger than a zip lock sandwich bag. Supposedly contains 100 servings. The included scoop is probably the smallest size in a set of measuring spoons. Probably bigger than what a capsule would be. Since you only use one scoop a day, the daily cost is much less than the 2-a-day capsules. Can’t wait to see how it works.

Answer:	What I noticed, it was not easy to dissolved in water, tried with room temperature and hot water. It clumped-up, tried to ask Micro Ingredients, but they did not response. I am not buying from them anymore.
