Question:	Do I need to exercise when taking this product
Answer:	Absolutely. I mean, if you can handle its dirty 'energy boost' you may or may not get a productive workout. This is my personal experience: the capsules didn't dissolve well, all throughout the workout I felt like I was going to puke, and it made my workouts LESS productive. Did I mention the nausea? Frankly, it was a horrible experience I would not recommend this product to anyone.P.S - A previous version of this product was withdrawn from the market by the FDA, as it caused liver damage in some users, so be careful.
