Cod liver oil is great and I would recommend it also as a blend but between the two I would go with skate!

Answer:	On the supplement information on the bottle it states that 2 gummies=1 serving, and that per serving there is 1,000 iu Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) and 500 mg Calcium (as tricalcium phosphate). Hope that helps!
Question:	How much allicin is in these? It's not listed
Answer:	I called the toll-free number on the bottle. I asked the person who answered what the half-life is. She had no idea what I was talking about. I tried to explain. After she put me on hold, she eventually came back to tell me that a pill takes 8 hours to dissolve. So, if it is a linear process, then, if one takes a pill at, say, 9 AM, it will have completely dissolved by 5 PM.
