Answer:	Very disappointed. Comes without any directions. Several parts were missing.

Answer:	The weight is actually 27.7 kg, not 25lbs as stated under the product specifications on the amazon webpage. We were really disappointed after discovering this when we got the product.

Answer:	No it doesn't move or wobble at all, It is very well built. You do have to balance the load well, if its not balanced it can tip over. I've used it for about 100 Lbs objects so far.

Answer:	If I'm following your question correctly, make sure that you don't have a load on the deck and just grab the short end of the jack pump handle with your thumb and index finger and pull it down slightly. It will move. You should then be able to insert the handle on to the stub end of the jack pump. Make sure that the release valve is open before trying. It will make moving it with your forefinger and thumb much easier.

We have lab tested our filters using several water samples. The results show that a very high percentage of, but not all, things are removed. The materials used in our filters have been rigorously tested by authority bodies such as SGS and independent ISO 17025 labs, as well as our own in-house engineer driven lab testing facilities to ensure quality from the start. Answer:	Well water should not be a problem, the filter merely helps to remove impurities that are mixed into the water itself. If your well water has a funny taste i would recommend trying it. We use city water and unfortunately it has a lot of stuff mixed into it including old pipe decay and chemicals that help purify it, and it greatly improves the taste of our water and consistently lasts around 60-70 days for us

Answer:	Hello Angels, Thanks for reaching out and we're happy to assist. You don't have to drink the water immediately. Always remember to discard the first batch of water from every pouch. Next, after immersing the pouch for at least 5 minutes you can drink the water as you normally would and it will maintain the pH level. Hope that helps! We see that you'd like to make alkaline-hydrogen water with your hydrogen water maker, and we're happy to inform you that it's not necessary as our alkaline water pouch is also formulated to create anti-oxidant, hydrogen-rich water. Surely you can put the alkaline water in the hydrogen water maker, but we will not encourage you to do this, as the re-mineralized alkaline water will leave residue in your machine over time.
