How to choose the right magnification for me?

For normal reading or iPad/tablet viewing (distance 12-19 inches):

Please select the power based on your normal reading glasses power. If it's your first time choosing a reading glasses, it's best for you to go to your local pharmacy/optometrist to see what strength you need.

For computer/laptop viewing, as they are normally placed further (19+ inches away):

Please select the power HALF of your normal reading glasses power. (E.g. If you normally use +2.0, select +1.0 for computer viewing)

Is the magnification only in the center?

No, these glasses have uniform magnification throughout the entire lens, they are single focused lens.

They are designed for stationary, reading or close up activities e.g. watching movies on tablets, watching videos, looking at photos and gaming.

How can I test the glasses online?

Unfortunately it’s not possible - these online tests are designed for orange colored sleep glasses only. Orange glasses work by removing the entire blue spectrum, turning your entire vision orange. Our blue light shield (and computer glasses in general) are designed to block out the most harmful part of the light spectrum and let through the less harmful rays to reduce color distortion so you can see near normal colors.

As the high-energy rays blocked are close to UV spectrums, they are barely visible to the naked eyes and it doesn't react visibly with the online tests. We lab test all our products, but if you really want to test yourself, the best way would be to shine a blue laser through the lens.
