Answer:	It is really the strength of the lens. If you use Reading Glasses already, choose the strength that you normally use. If you are just getting it for the UV protection and you don't need magnification, choose the +0.00

Answer:	I had purchased these with +0.00 and tried them while driving at night and I would not recommend for use while driving in rural areas because they are too dark. Not safe if watching for animals or possible road hazards while driving. They are like wearing sunglasses. In the city with lights, would be safer, but I did notice doubling of headlights and other bright lights, but they still are dark for driving. I returned these because they hurt my eyes while wearing (slight magnification??) and were too big for my nose and would slide down my face too much. If you have a magnification, like one person said, it is not advised to wear reading glasses for driving.
