Answer:	The sensation of seeing reds stand out feels amazing at first, and that is what pink lenses do. But that's ALL these are - pink lenses! They can be bought elsewhere a lot cheaper than $60 (maybe $10 or $20). The problem with pink lenses is that, as well as making reds easier to see, they also make greens and blues darker (harder to see). And of course they make everything look pinkish. These sellers of pink lenses seem to be trying to capitalize on the recent popularity of Ektrachrome lenses. Ektrachrome are much more expensive ($350 - $400) but they are a new technology which apparently (I haven't tried them yet) provides legitimate red-green color correction without making everything look pink. Anyway, I did buy my cousin these pink lenses (I bought them for myself also but sent them back) and he had a strong (positive) emotional reaction to them. However, I'm betting that he'll soon see the downside on his own, and we'll both be investigating the ektrachrome lenses.Hope this helps...Dave
