Answer:	I use this to clean, soak and rinse after soaking all night and put them in. You could use saline if you want to but you don't have to.

Answer:	You should NEVER transfer lens solution from the original container to another. It's very easy to contaminate the product and the result can be as simple as an eye infection to as serious as loss of vision. Those little "travel" cases (from China) that include a purse size container should not be sold. Besides the solution is not meant for re-wetting.

Answer:	Ideally, you should let it soak for 8 hours. If you only let them soak for 3 or 4 hours for a day it is fine as long as you soak 8 hours the next day. Even if you don't soak as long, it's very important to spend 10 seconds per contact. You should pour a little solution in the palm of your hand, put your contact in that, and then rub with your finger to clean them. Basically you're trying to clean deposits off of them like proteins and oils. It's kind of like if you take anxiety dish with mold on it and dip it in soapy water and then rinse, it won't be clean. You have to run it and get all the stuff off. Hope this helps!

Answer:	Yes, I had this problem so I switched to Lobob Optimum cleaning and storage solution and the fogginess cleared. But the Optimum is now temporarily out of stock (3/2020). I am ordering the Simplus until I can reorder the Optimum.

Learn How to Properly Insert and Remove Your Contact Lenses

- First, wash your hands, and when you’re done, make sure they’re clean and dry.

- Using the hand you write with, hold the lens on the tip of your pointer finger.

- With your middle finger on the same hand, pull your lower eyelid down. At the same time, use your pointer finger on your other hand to pull your top lid up.

- Look up.

- Gently place the lens on the lower white part of your eye.

- Remove your pointer finger, and let go of your eyelid.

- Close your eyes for a second. The lens will center on your eye.

- Repeat these steps for the other lens.

How To Take Them Out:

- First, wash your hands, and when you’re done, make sure they’re clean and dry.

- Look up and pull your lower eyelid down with the middle finger of the hand you write with.

- Put your index finger on the lower part of the lens.

- Slide the lens down into the white part of your eye.

- Squeeze the lens gently between your pointer finger and thumb and carefully remove it.

- Repeat these steps for the other lens.

Answer:	Yes, when you need to replace them Google the item or go to their website. Because I didn’t know if I was going to be able to find more I purchased 2 sets. I think I paid about $20 total. They were supposed to be in sets of 2. I just recently replaced one because I got something greasy on my phone and realized I cleaned it with this. That’s when I discovered one of the 2 pack kits only had one in them. But I can’t say for certain I bought directly from the company I just bought from the cheapest site. That was last year. Answer:	I bought these contact cases because they looked pretty and good price. They turned out to be very good cases. The two different colors on the lids make it easy to remember right and left and the big letters. They seal very well so if turned or drop your cases won't leak. I really like these cases and think you would too.

Answer:	Hello, you can keep upside sealed or seal the upside part with tap yourself, and it will work like with hinge.

Answer:	The 1.4 X 6 screws do not have a slot, but I don't think this was intentional, I think it was a mistake.
Question:	Why is it for peroxide base solutions only? Would there be damage is using regular solutions
Answer:	Yes, there is one metal NON-slotted screw. It is about 5/8" long and the exact specification is 2.5 x 1.4 x 8.0. The kit also has 2 rubber plugs (obviously without slots).
Question:	Why doesn’t the case has the small oxygen release hole in top like the clear care cases
Answer:	I don't think so. Check the add on Amazon, It has a picture and lists all the sizes that come with it.

Answer:	You probably want to contact the manufacturer.

Answer:	Not with mine. Do NOT force the clasps shut to hold your RGP lenses... Gently press the clamshell clasps over the lenses, then insert into the base, filled with your hydrogen peroxide cleaning solution -- when done, pour it into the overnight soaker container, topping it off, to deep clean them, overnight.

Answer:	Thanks for your question. The main need to consider is the size of the scleral contact lens, can they be put in the machine or not. This cleaning machine is suitable for ordinary contact lenses. The diameter of the cleaning basket is 1.8 cm / 0.7 inch.

Direct a steady stream of Sensitive Eyes Saline Solution onto each side of the lens for 5 seconds, or until all traces of the cleaner are removed.

Rinsing After Chemical Disinfection (Including hydrogen peroxide systems)

• Clean, rinse and disinfect your lenses as directed by your eye care practitioner.
• Before inserting your lenses, rinse them thoroughly with Sensitive Eyes Saline Solution.
• Lenses that are chemically disinfected may absorb ingredients from the disinfecting solution which may cause irritation to the eye. A 20 second rinse may reduce the potential for irritation.
