Answer:	Absolutely, but performance in Minecraft is heavily tied down to mods and graphics packs. If have 400 mods and a 512x512 texture pack installed, it should run in 4K but you might not get a perfect 60 FPS. There isn't really a better card at the moment, and it mostly has to do with optimization, though.

Answer:	2 reasons. 1. The mass shortage of silicon to make the chips. Answer:	Vague question but yes it works. users were reporting issues for the first couple months with the 2070 and 2080 maybe that's what you're referring to? I've had mine for over a month no issues.
Question:	How heavy is this paper
Answer:	No. The max resolution for this card is 7680x4320, which is more than what is required to run two 4K monitors, but not enogh to run three. Besides, and this is the most important point: the GTX 1070 performs subpar in 4K... Youl'll get maybe 30 fps. You could, however, switch to 1920x1080 and have up to four monitors running a t 60 fps.. In other words: you can connect a 4K monitor to this card and it will show stuff, just not fast enough to play in real tme.

Answer:	What kind of sound is it it making? Is it a sound like something grinding, whining, static or thumping? Is it the GPU specific that is making the sound? It could be many things that could possibly cause it like a old/bad HDD spooling up or the fans in the PC first spooling up/hitting a lose cable before dislodging it. If there is a heavy overclock and the PSU/Motherboard does not have a good/clean power delivery that could also cause issues with some items in the computer to not function or run properly the first time around.
