That exact compound may not be strictly "natural", but nitrates certainly are. It allows blood vessels to relax and widen, thereby increasing blood flow throughout the body. Question:	Is it true that you'll get an endurance push and have longer workouts
Answer:	Short answer is "yes." I immediately started to get past rep plateaus I had been stuck on for a long time. Doing the same exercises with the same weights but more reps equals a longer workout. I have been using for close to 3 weeks -- and the extra strength I noticed right away has remained. I think there may be a bit more than 30 servings, but I have already received my 2nd bottle for when I finish the first.
