Answer:	No. An induction cooker does not produce heat,the heat is caused by a reaction between the cooker and the pan. The cooker stays cool during cooking except for the part touching the pan.
Question:	Have the lactose and casein been removed from this product
Answer:	It does function like any other induction-range stove top. The surface does get warm/hot by virtue of being in direct contact with the pot/pan being heated. But as soon as the pot/pan is removed the surface ceases to heat on begins to cool. This takes some time and is not necessarily cool to the touch right away.

After letting the yogurt drain for at least twelve hours, I (1) lift the strainer out of the box, (2) place the lid over the top of the strainer, (3) invert both (that is, turn the strainer upside-down with the lid under it), (4) bring them down abruptly on a counter or tabletop, then (5) lift the strainer off the molded yogurt cheese, which now sits on top of the lid. Very little cheese is lost---just a thin skim on the screen. If this doesn't work for you, perhaps the yogurt you're using is different from the yogurt I use.

Answer:	The protein comes from whey. Don't know if that contains gluten or not. It also has corn syrup. It does not state Gluten free on the container. This is the only supplement I use because it tastes good. I get the cinnamon bun flavor. There is a number 877-673-3727 if you want to call and ask. Made in the USA.

Answer:	The product does include a scoop. It probably settled to the bottom of the tub. Equivalent measurements are 4 heaping tablespoons or 1/4 Cup.
