Answer:	After you open it and take out the scoop, close the container an shake it up and down for about 10 seconds, it will fluff back up to about 3/4 full.

Answer:	If you lift weights and are simultaneously cutting weight and trying not to lose too much muscle along with the fat, then absolutely yes. I'd even say substituting out other calories for a couple scoops of this a day is almost mandatory on a weight cut for lifters trying to maintain strength. You can use this to substantially raise the % of your calories you're getting from protein so that you eat enough protein while eating fewer total calories. One scoop of this stuff is 120 calories and 24 grams of protein. That's 96 calories from protein our of 120 total, a massive 80%.
Question:	If I were to make protein shakes with single serving size portions about 5 days/week, how long do you think a 2 lb container would last me? 5 lb? THX
Answer:	2lbs = 29 servings. Roughly, 5 days/week with a 4 week month is about 20 servings (excluding weekends). That leaves you with roughly 9 servings for the month left. I work out everyday but only take a shake after a workout. 2 lbs lasts me about a month. 5 lbs = 75 servings. For me, a 5 lb tub would easily be 2 months maybe 2.5. If you plan on staying with ON, it's more cost-effective to purchase the 5 lb tub depending on the vendor. Hope this helps.
Question:	Will consuming more whey (protein) help my rotator cuff tear heal
Answer:	I'm currently sitting here with a second surgery on my shoulder. First time was labrum tear and second was latarjet. I can say with 100% confidence drinking this will not help heal your rotator cuff. You posted this in 2013 and it is 3 years later, if you haven't seen a specialist and it hasn't given you problems that you are one lucky SOB. If it's still giving you problems, see a specialist or do PT. You probably need surgery depending on the tear. You don't want to live with that un-repaired the rest of your life haha.

Answer:	In short, Extreme Chocolate tastes and mixes better if you don't mind the extra 0.5g of fat and extra ingredients. I bought both flavors and tried exactly 1 scoop in 7 ounce of water each. I mixed both with a cup and spoon and mixing the Extreme Chocolate took only a few seconds with very little effort. The other took about 3 minutes to desolve as much as the other. I tried book side by side and the double chocolate tasted so watered down and a bit bitter that I need to force myself to drink it. Then, I drank the Extreme chocolate and the drink was smooth and sweet. FINALLY, a protien shake I could drink with pleasure. Hoped that helps you and others reading this!

Six recipes are on the back of the bag which has a zip lock top. I have tried four of them and all were delicious. The ingredients are: cold-processed cross flow icrofiltered why protein isolate, natural flavor, cocoa powder (natural process), xanthan fum. lecithin (from non-GMO sunflower seeds) and stevia.Subscription to Consumer Lab is well worth it - a huge amount of testing and keeps companies on their toes including the bigger ones like Costco and the smaller ones too. The chief officer of CL's has been on OZ several times now and I believe it will keep companies improving their products. Be reassured the $$ spent on Jay Robb are worth every penny. Forgot to mention that on the back of the bag it offers they obtain their free whey rBgh from small farms throughout the world and when the supplies run short abroad they turn to high quality domestic raw materials as well. Answer:	Hi Catherine! There are 3 common types of Whey; Whey Protein Concentrate- WPC, Whey Protein Isolate- WPI and Whey Protein Hydrolysate- WPH. WPC has low levels of fat and carbs with anywhere from 30-90% of protein content. WPI has had all fat and carbs removed and usually contains at least 90% protein. While WPH is pretty much predigested which just means this form is easily absorb. Also just FYI, WPH is good for allergy sufferers because of its decreased allergen potential. Hope this helps. Answer:	It says rBST Free, there is no hormone, whether you call it somatotropin or growth hormone, it is not in this product.

Answer:	As long as you're getting enough protein from various sources, supplementing with any whey protein isolate will help with overall muscle gains as well as soreness. For example: my husband is drinking one shake a day made with this product and he is building lean muscle quickly (like hes nearly ripped after 7 weeks, ridiculously fast!). Though he is a beast and his body type has a lot to do with the way he builds muscle. I however, am drinking a different brand whey protein isolate (because I cant stand the sucrose taste of Dymatize). I am building lean muscle as well, but I am a woman. My body is more susceptible to storing fat. At the end of the day, there are a ton of really good protein options out there, people should enjoy their supplementation which is why taste is so important.

Answer:	I've only had the choc peanut butter but i love it! Best tasting protein shake I've had honestly. Looking to get more now, thinking of trying the cookies and cream. I mix the choc peanut butter with milk for reference.

Answer:	Why are people ganging up on the OP asking the question? There is a reason that most retail companies selling on Amazon and why Amazon themselves have return policies. It's called customer satisfaction. If you aren't satisfied with a product, for whatever reason, and the return policy guarantees your satisfaction, then you have the right to return it. How many people order food in a restaurant, and it isn't to their liking, it was cooked wrong (like asking for a medium rare burger and getting well done), or just didn't enjoy it? They tell the server, and just about 100% of the time, they are offered another dish or a refund. Yet protein powders shouldn't come with the...um guarantee that the main page of this product promises? Plus, this is Amazon. They have about the most liberal return policy imaginable. Look, me personally? I am with Serge Stiles in that if a protein powder, meal replacement, or other edible supplement tastes really bad, I suck it up and eat/drink it anyway. So long as it's healthy. Ha! Anyone who thinks these newfangled supplements taste bad, I would love to put you in a time machine and have you drink some of the most vile and disgusting tasting protein powders you can imagine! They smelled bad, they tasted worse, oftentimes it was like drinking liquid chalk. And the protein bars back then?!! Yuck!!! YUCK!!! But I ate 'em anyway. Stuff by EAS, MetRex, GNC powders (possibly the worst!) were terrible. But I wanted the amino acids, good calories, macronutrient profiles, proteins, and other built-in supps. Hahaha you people today don't realize how amazingly good even the WORST TASTING protein powders are today, compared to the sewage-tasting crap I used to run to the stores and buy over and over again, because they were effective! :)

Question:	Why does the scoop only give you around 22g and not 31g as the label states
Answer:	In the 'Directions' section of the label, one serving is described as a rounded scoop. That's the same as a heaping scoop. Flattening out the powder on the scoop provides less.
Question:	What is the difference between vainilla and naturally flavored vainilla? im looking for a mild flavor so i can add a fruit or a orange seltzer
Answer:	Although I don't know what's the exact ingredient difference, I can definitely say the following: vanilla tastes good, but the naturally flavored vanilla tasted horrible to me (especially a weird after taste). I purchased the naturally flavored vanilla, but had to return it because of this.

Answer:	Vanilla ice cream is disgusting - too sweet! Double rich chocolate is my absolute favorite. Not too sweet and goes well with everything.
Question:	Is there a reason why the 5 lb is so much thicker than the 2 lb? i tried the 2 lb, liked it, and order 5...outside of jug seems the same
Answer:	Get something like an "AMIR 500g/0.01g Digital Kitchen Scale". They're twelve bucks & quite accurate. I suspect the powder is compressed, making the scoops a bit heavy. Measuring by weight instead of volume should provide more consistent results.
