Answer:	Water does not have protein, milk does. The product label has nutritional info, mix and mix with milk. If you want a water-only product, try something like WonderSlim which is also sold on Amazon. It might cost more, but you won’t need to also buy milk.

Due to the nature of the glass bottles, we cannot use high heat to seal the safety seal, as it is directly applied to the glass bottle opening. As the bottle is opened, the seal is suctioned up with the lid. If you're listening for it, you can hear a slight pop of the suction breaking when opening your bottle. Since this may not be noticeable for many customers, it is a cause for concern! Know that we are working on fixing this issue! Working with large glass bottles was new for us, and we didn't anticipate this particular issue. It has been a learning curve! For future runs, we are adding an additional outer safety seal to the product so people can feel safer about their product, but unfortunately, we must go through the inventory (that doesn't have the 2nd seal) before we can get some of that inventory in. Answer:	It really can vary depending on what size shake you're making at a time (my shake cup is 28 oz so I actually use about 2.5 scoops per shake, and track the calories and carbs accordingly). I've been dropping weight at a steady and healthy speed - 43 lbs since May 11 - and for me the magic formula was to combine using shakes, seriously avoiding ALL fast food no matter how "healthy" it's supposed to be, and taking vitamin/ nutrition supplements recommended by my doctor to amend deficiencies (since nutrient deficiencies prevent your metabolism from performing at its best). I generally replace dinner with the shake each day, so I don't consume more calories than my body can use and wind up storing them as fat when I go to bed.

Answer:	This is an old question but someone reading this may get the wrong information. These are NOT lactose free. I am lactose intolerant and hoped I could tolerate these shakes, but I cannot. I tried both the vanilla and the mocha, and I couldn't get through half of either without feeling the effects. I wish they would make a lactose free version.
