One scoop of this stuff is 120 calories and 24 grams of protein. That's 96 calories from protein our of 120 total, a massive 80%.

I work out everyday but only take a shake after a workout. 2 lbs lasts me about a month. 5 lbs = 75 servings. For me, a 5 lb tub would easily be 2 months maybe 2.5. I can say with 100% confidence drinking this will not help heal your rotator cuff. Answer:	Bought my last batch April 2014. It says it expires March 2016. So, it is good for about 2 years after it is opened. Longer if you keep it sealed.

Answer:	There should be a scoop in there somewhere. It usually gets buried during transport. I used a chopstick to search for mine, last two tubs were like that. But if there isn't one in there, a tablespoon is about 15g, so 2 tbsp is a scoop. Hope that helped.
