Answer:	No, it has calcium caseinate as the second protein source.
Question:	My container did not have a scoop in it. How much powder to I use for a shake
Answer:	It's approximately a 1/4 of a cup (not exactly), but I'd bet there's a scoop in the bottom of the container somewhere, they sometimes sink to the bottom of the container... It's placed in these containers by a computer system, not a person so chances of a mistake are minimal.

Answer:	Whey and casein are milk proteins which is why the label states it contains milk. However it does not contain lactose which is a milk sugar. You should be fine but buy the smaller container and track how you react to it.

Answer:	Although it maybe doesn't have gluten, people with gluten sensitivities or Celiac Disease should avoid the enzyme, Casein. I have Celiac Disease and this would "kill" me!

Answer:	SWALLOWING ISSUES - Often, people with swallowing issues actually need something thicker so that they do not aspirate fluid into their lungs when drinking. Speak with their physician to make that determination and if not already done, a swallowing test should be performed. This is usually followed up with a speech therapist who will assists the person in techniques to manage swallowing issues. Swallowing issues can occur with advanced with aging and the weakening of our swallowing mechanisms. My father had swallowing issues and was aspirating liquid into his lungs, which ended up causing an infection and pneumonia. I actually had to buy him a "gel thickener" to thicken any thin liquids such as water, soda, tea, coffee, soups, etc., so that he didn't aspirate fluid into the lungs again. Bottom line is, just because a liquid product is thick do not assume someone with swallowing issues should not have this. Answer:	It doesn't say "organic", but I'm not sure what the reasoning behind that is. Perhaps it's related to where the milk was sourced ("small dairy farms in CA"). It might be more difficult to prove that these small dairy farms all used organic feed. But it does claim pasture/grass fed (among other things such as free of growth hormones and GMOs).

Answer:	That could be a tricky question. Are you asking about the Naked brand or any unflavored variety of any brand? I switched from Naked brand to Promix but it was because I liked their chocolate flavor much better than Naked's chocolate. I never had any trouble mixing either Naked brand or Promix. Both are excellent unless you prefer flavors and I think Promix chocolate, vanilla are quite a bit better taste wise. Naked's taste in chocolate is very light. Their vanilla is too sweet tasting. I still would recommend either brand to anyone.

Answer:	If you lift weights and are simultaneously cutting weight and trying not to lose too much muscle along with the fat, then absolutely yes. I'd even say substituting out other calories for a couple scoops of this a day is almost mandatory on a weight cut for lifters trying to maintain strength. You can use this to substantially raise the % of your calories you're getting from protein so that you eat enough protein while eating fewer total calories. One scoop of this stuff is 120 calories and 24 grams of protein. That's 96 calories from protein our of 120 total, a massive 80%.
Question:	If I were to make protein shakes with single serving size portions about 5 days/week, how long do you think a 2 lb container would last me? 5 lb? THX
Answer:	2lbs = 29 servings. Roughly, 5 days/week with a 4 week month is about 20 servings (excluding weekends). That leaves you with roughly 9 servings for the month left. I work out everyday but only take a shake after a workout. 2 lbs lasts me about a month. 5 lbs = 75 servings. For me, a 5 lb tub would easily be 2 months maybe 2.5. If you plan on staying with ON, it's more cost-effective to purchase the 5 lb tub depending on the vendor. Hope this helps.
Question:	Will consuming more whey (protein) help my rotator cuff tear heal
Answer:	I'm currently sitting here with a second surgery on my shoulder. First time was labrum tear and second was latarjet. I can say with 100% confidence drinking this will not help heal your rotator cuff. You posted this in 2013 and it is 3 years later, if you haven't seen a specialist and it hasn't given you problems that you are one lucky SOB. If it's still giving you problems, see a specialist or do PT. You probably need surgery depending on the tear. You don't want to live with that un-repaired the rest of your life haha.

Answer:	In short, Extreme Chocolate tastes and mixes better if you don't mind the extra 0.5g of fat and extra ingredients. I bought both flavors and tried exactly 1 scoop in 7 ounce of water each. I mixed both with a cup and spoon and mixing the Extreme Chocolate took only a few seconds with very little effort. The other took about 3 minutes to desolve as much as the other. I tried book side by side and the double chocolate tasted so watered down and a bit bitter that I need to force myself to drink it. Then, I drank the Extreme chocolate and the drink was smooth and sweet. FINALLY, a protien shake I could drink with pleasure. Hoped that helps you and others reading this!

Answer:	In the 'Directions' section of the label, one serving is described as a rounded scoop. That's the same as a heaping scoop. Flattening out the powder on the scoop provides less.

Answer:	Although I don't know what's the exact ingredient difference, I can definitely say the following: vanilla tastes good, but the naturally flavored vanilla tasted horrible to me (especially a weird after taste). I purchased the naturally flavored vanilla, but had to return it because of this.

Answer:	Vanilla ice cream is disgusting - too sweet! Double rich chocolate is my absolute favorite. Not too sweet and goes well with everything.

Answer:	Get something like an "AMIR 500g/0.01g Digital Kitchen Scale". They're twelve bucks & quite accurate. I suspect the powder is compressed, making the scoops a bit heavy. Measuring by weight instead of volume should provide more consistent results.
