Question:	How the taste
Answer:	The R8932P only comes with a round plate similar to the SMA1005CH. However, the bar goes through the moveable plate, and the plate is screwed to a stud. A beauty ring snaps over the plate. The mounting unit of the R8932P provides a very secure mount if a stud is available. I assume you don't have a stud available, so I would ask Moen your second question.

Answer:	The bar I purchased was not textured. Remember that studs are generally located on 16 inch centers. Therefore, a 30 inch bar can not be installed in a flat position if you want to attach it to the studs. If you install it at an angle you can attach it to the studs. Get a 36 inch bar if you want to lay it flat and attach it to the studs. In my case, I could not locate the studs on my bathtub wall and that is why I ordered a 30 inch bar. This bar came with flange covers that cover up the attachment screws. Some bars come without flange covers and the attachment screws are left exposed. Not an attractive installation. Our Home Depot store did not have 30 inch bars with flange covers.

Answer:	Peened IS NOT a color, contrary to it being listed as such under "Technical Details". Check verb "to peen". Originally peening was done with a ball-peen hammer (also ball-pein) to slightly indent a surface. I'm sure Moen uses another method today. Peening with a laser is common. The COLOR of this grab bar is the same as described under STAINLESS STEEL, with a peened surface. The peened part of the bar appears a little lighter than the unpeened ends, probably due to a change in the way light is reflected by the surface. The purpose for peening a grab bar is to create a better grip than just a smooth stainless steel bar, or even a satin or brushed surface. Moen explains the grip part in some of their information.

Answer:	there is a 100 calorie version of the muscle milk that you may be referring to. It is much thinner than this one. This one is the original muscle milk, thicker, 160 calories, and it takes better than the thinner one (to me). The thinner one has an artificial taste to me. I like this one, the thicker one, better. I use it as creamer in my coffee or just drink it straight!

Answer:	No it does not. I store them in a cool dry place without issue. Once opened, I would consume immediately so there is no need for refrigeration regardless.

Answer:	I have been using it for meal replacement a few times a day to lose weight it's been great at helping the weight loss. While maintaining muscle. Lost 60 pounds. Once I reach my goal I'll continue to use plus healthier diet to gain lean muscle I'm certain it will work there too.

Answer:	I take 2 shakes a day after work out in the morning and later at night instead of a full meal... I mix it with yogurt and liquid for the morning shake and get 30 days from each 4lb container. Hope this helps. The yogurt gives you some extra protein so you can cut the serving to 3/4 of the scoop.

Answer:	I have not had any problems skin wise. Also, Fairlife IS real milk. It is just filtered differently to increase protein and reduce lactose and milk so if milk has a tendency to increase acne for you, you may want to stick with water.

Question:	I ordered the 2 pound container. I opened it and don't see a scoop and the powder only goes to about halfway up the container. Is this normal
Answer:	After you open it and take out the scoop, close the container an shake it up and down for about 10 seconds, it will fluff back up to about 3/4 full.
Question:	Does this product work well for losing weight
Answer:	If you lift weights and are simultaneously cutting weight and trying not to lose too much muscle along with the fat, then absolutely yes. I'd even say substituting out other calories for a couple scoops of this a day is almost mandatory on a weight cut for lifters trying to maintain strength. You can use this to substantially raise the % of your calories you're getting from protein so that you eat enough protein while eating fewer total calories. One scoop of this stuff is 120 calories and 24 grams of protein. That's 96 calories from protein our of 120 total, a massive 80%.
Question:	If I were to make protein shakes with single serving size portions about 5 days/week, how long do you think a 2 lb container would last me? 5 lb? THX
Answer:	2lbs = 29 servings. Roughly, 5 days/week with a 4 week month is about 20 servings (excluding weekends). That leaves you with roughly 9 servings for the month left. I work out everyday but only take a shake after a workout. 2 lbs lasts me about a month. 5 lbs = 75 servings. For me, a 5 lb tub would easily be 2 months maybe 2.5. If you plan on staying with ON, it's more cost-effective to purchase the 5 lb tub depending on the vendor. Hope this helps.
Question:	Will consuming more whey (protein) help my rotator cuff tear heal
Answer:	I'm currently sitting here with a second surgery on my shoulder. First time was labrum tear and second was latarjet. I can say with 100% confidence drinking this will not help heal your rotator cuff. You posted this in 2013 and it is 3 years later, if you haven't seen a specialist and it hasn't given you problems that you are one lucky SOB. If it's still giving you problems, see a specialist or do PT. You probably need surgery depending on the tear. You don't want to live with that un-repaired the rest of your life haha.

Answer:	I have not seen any soy or then the soy lecithin, I have been using the product for several months without and side effects.

Answer:	I've only been using this product for a few months... but as I noted in my review, the taste of the vanilla cream is nothing short of painful. I can deal with the triple chocolate (and I'm not even a big chocolate fan). Might want to give that one a try if you haven't already.

Question:	What is the difference between whey and whey isolate
Answer:	Yes. I’ve worn them all day, well over twelve hours, with no problem. Their edges are flat and comfortable. That’s been the problem with other products for me when it came to wearing them for hours. This product doesn’t dig in to my skin along the edges like many others do. Thought even those other products I can wear long term if I wear them over a sock. This support doesn’t require a work around for me.
