Answer:	I've had both, and Orgain's is very salty. It's got 270 mg sodium per serving, while Garden of Life's has like 160, I believe. I definitely prefer Garden of Life - which also offers many more nutrients. I just got the Orgain today and I'm taking it back to the store tomorrow for a refund - or an exchange, if they have Garden of Life. I'm loyal to them now.
Question:	Is there any information about the heavy metal contents in this product? Mainly Lead, Cadmium, and Arsenic
Answer:	I love this protein powder, but recently discovered it failed several tests in 2018 for arsenic and lead/cadmium levels. It was too high in both. Google the independent studies for protein powders and you will see it got an overall rating of 3 stars out of 5. What lowered this from 5 was the presence of arsenic and lead and or cadmium. These things are found in the soil of even Organic products.
Question:	Does it really taste good? Does it taste chalky at any point or does it have a Stevia aftertaste
Answer:	I just started drinking the chocolate protein powder for breakfast this past week on my way to work. The only other products I have to compare it to are the Garden of Life Raw Meal Vanilla and Chocolate SlimFast. To me, SlimFast tastes the best, but I think it's because it's cow-milk based. Secondly would be Orgain Chocolate. I do not find it chalky--I always use Almond Milk--but for me there is a slight aftertaste. It's not horrible and does not linger at all, and the chocolate creaminess definitely makes up for it, I find it really tastes great for not being cow-milk based. Don't even try Garden of Life Raw Meal, that stuff is disgusting.

Question:	How much weight have you lost
Answer:	I have this for breakfast every single morning. Some days I’ll replace a dinner or lunch but that’s not common. I have both the chocolate and the vanilla. Every morning I do 8oz of almond milk, two scoops of this, a teaspoon or two of chia seeds, teaspoon of matcha green tea powder, and I also add a vegetable supplement powder (1/2-1 teaspoon) and ice. In about 6 weeks I’ve lost 13 pounds. I do genuinely feel this keeps me fuller longer, make me have less of an appetite when it comes to later meals and curbs my snack cravings. It’s only in the past two weeks I’ve paired this with working out. I really enjoy this and do recommend it!
Question:	How many servings per 16 oz container
Answer:	It says 13 but that’s if you use two scoops. I found that to be a bit too much for me so I only use one. That gives me 26 servings out of each container. Even with one scoop, it taste absolutely delicious.
Question:	Woudl this be an equivalent for Shakeology
Answer:	Shakeology doesn't have soy protein and only certain flavors have fructose. So, you're getting what you pay for, unfortunately. Quality doesn't compare from what I can see.

Answer:	As a former shakeology user, I compare them pretty much the same! (Even better because this doesn't cost an arm and a leg!) I've only bought the chocolate, and I actually liked this one just as much right off the bat. I prepared both shakes the same. 5 ice cubes, 1 cup almond milk and 3/4 a banana in my bullet blender. A months supply will cost you waaaay less than shakeology. 1 tub of this for about $15 lasts approximately 2 weeks, $30ish a month.

Answer:	Hmm, I've heard Vanilla is really good. I haven't tried it yet but I'd imagine it's less sweet than berry. Have you thought of the mocha flavor? It's super delicious and definitely not very sweet, just creamy!

Answer:	If you're question is whether or not this is a "pre workout" drink - it's not. It should be taken whenever you would need PROTEIN not necessarily exclusive to "recovery". Early morning with breakfast, after workouts, or in the evening as your last meal.
Question:	What is the difference between this product and the original
Answer:	Without going into too much detail there are some added ingredients like tart cherries and turmeric. The new formula has more bcaa's however, to me the original formula tastes better and the original formula has less calories which matters to me. The new formula has 5 more grams of protein than the original, but for me that's not worth the extra calories. Hope this helps.

Question:	I honestly am between the flavors vanilla or berry? i dont want something super sweet and after reading the comments i cant decide? help
Answer:	Hmm, I've heard Vanilla is really good. I haven't tried it yet but I'd imagine it's less sweet than berry. Have you thought of the mocha flavor? It's super delicious and definitely not very sweet, just creamy!
Question:	Should this only be used as a recovery drink
Answer:	If you're question is whether or not this is a "pre workout" drink - it's not. It should be taken whenever you would need PROTEIN not necessarily exclusive to "recovery". Early morning with breakfast, after workouts, or in the evening as your last meal.
Question:	What is the difference between this product and the original
Answer:	Without going into too much detail there are some added ingredients like tart cherries and turmeric. The new formula has more bcaa's however, to me the original formula tastes better and the original formula has less calories which matters to me. The new formula has 5 more grams of protein than the original, but for me that's not worth the extra calories. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I use 1/2 unsweet coconut milk and 1/2 water with mine. I do use a blender instead of a blender bottle. The blender does a great job of mixing it.
Question:	How many carbs per serving
Answer:	It is 3g of Net carbs. You always subtract the fiber grams to obtain net carbs of the serving. In this case it's 4g - 1g of fiber = 3g Net carbs.

The main difference between our Collagen Peptides (blue cap) and Beef Gelatin (green cap) is that they Collagen Peptides will dissolve into hot and cold liquids and our Beef Gelatin will dissolve into hot, but gel in cold. People use this one to make things like gummies, parfaits, puddings etc. Both will provide skin and joint benefits.

Answer:	8 oz crushed ice, 16 oz almond milk - choc and vanilla mix - 3Tbs chia seeds, handful of baby spinach, frozen fruit - blueberries, strawberries, banana - 1 cup each, fresh frozen sliced ginger, plain greek yogurt - 1/2 cup. Question:	Does it help with weight loss
Answer:	I’ve lost 40lbs since starting the shakes over a year ago. I drink them every morning for breakfast at work and they start to help suppress my appetite in the evenings. I also don’t crave sugar and carbs as much as I used to. My recipe: 12 oz of water in a shaker, 2 scoops of chocolate powder, and fill the rest of the way with ice. Simple, easy, effective.
Question:	What I have not seen in reviews is if users have seen similar results (strength gains) as to other protein powder products
Answer:	Since going completely vegan, my strength increased markedly. I turned 60 this year, and am lifting more than ever, and still adding on weights. This is the protein powder that I use. But as a stand-alone, there may be better products out there. I supplement it with 5 g of creatine and a glass of carrot or carrot/beet juice before a work-out. That combination kicks butt and gives fast recovery.
Question:	can we mix the powder with regular milk
Answer:	Yes any liquid even juices if u wanted to make a smoothie. I add 1/4 cup of raw oats and I use 1/4 organic Coconut milk/ water and a a squirt of chocolate syrup when it's vanilla. And just hand stir it. It fills me up and it tastes fairly good. At times I rather have a shake vs food to not cook! Plus I make it at night and if I wake up to snack, I find my shake and have that.

Question:	Does anyone else have digestive issues after drinking this
Answer:	Yes, I did for two days in a row. And I only added 1-tbsp to my smoothie, not the 2-scoops that are recommended. It messed with my intestinal tract and bowel movements. I'm going to wait a while and then I may try using it alone in a smoothie with the protein super foods 50, Berry and water or some kind of liquid. I was a whey protein advocate for years and that never bothered me. I'm not a Vegan or Vegetarian, so it's not imperative that I drink this stuff. I need to look into "erythritol". Maybe that is the culprit.
