Answer:	I don't know how they do it, but I've been taking this vitamin for the last 20 years and it works great for me. I've tried a number of others and most of the vitamins contain iron. I can't take iron, makes me constipated. The Opti-Men is the best for me and being able to get it at these prices is even better. Buy the 240 count, it's the cheapest way to go.

Answer:	Any cardio is going to impact the way you gain weight. I was using this product and eating clean whole foods while going for a run on off days in between lift days. Within 3 -4 weeks I had went from 176lbs to 185lbs. The key is to lift heavy. Do big sets of small reps. You may also want to try and squeeze two full servings in one day of Serious Mass. At first I could only hold down one but by the end of the cycle I could easily put down two a day. I'd even say substituting out other calories for a couple scoops of this a day is almost mandatory on a weight cut for lifters trying to maintain strength. You can use this to substantially raise the % of your calories you're getting from protein so that you eat enough protein while eating fewer total calories. One scoop of this stuff is 120 calories and 24 grams of protein. That's 96 calories from protein our of 120 total, a massive 80%.

Answer:	2lbs = 29 servings. Roughly, 5 days/week with a 4 week month is about 20 servings (excluding weekends). That leaves you with roughly 9 servings for the month left. I work out everyday but only take a shake after a workout. 2 lbs lasts me about a month. 5 lbs = 75 servings. For me, a 5 lb tub would easily be 2 months maybe 2.5. If you plan on staying with ON, it's more cost-effective to purchase the 5 lb tub depending on the vendor. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I'm currently sitting here with a second surgery on my shoulder. First time was labrum tear and second was latarjet. I can say with 100% confidence drinking this will not help heal your rotator cuff. You posted this in 2013 and it is 3 years later, if you haven't seen a specialist and it hasn't given you problems that you are one lucky SOB. If it's still giving you problems, see a specialist or do PT. You probably need surgery depending on the tear. You don't want to live with that un-repaired the rest of your life haha.

Question:	I like to workout in the morning but sometimes i just don't feel into it if i drink this first thing in the morning would that be ok/help
Answer:	The country of origin is China ... packaging & distribution is handled by Bulk Supplements ("BS") in Nevada, which will provide a copy of the Analysis Report on request (use chat room on co's website to request). However, it should be noted that the Analysis Reports are questionable, since the bottom of each report explicitly states the Analysis can be conducted by the supplier ... which would definitely be self serving. When questioned, the company was unable (or unwilling) to identify exactly where the Analysis in the report was conducted, and by whom. Very disappointing.

Question:	the picture shows 2500 capsules in the bottle for or all 3 options (100, 200, 300). How many capsules do I actually get for each option
Answer:	Hi Kimberly, Great question! 1 pull for our droppers is closer to 1/3 of the way full. When you put the dropper in the liquid and pull, you'll notice it doesn't fill up much more than that, and that is OK! You can take up to 3 of these a day. I hope that helps!
Question:	Is it really creapure creatine? Why does it contain magnesium stearate
Answer:	They are different. For example, the liquid one has quercetin and alpha lipoic acid and some cleansing herb extracts. But the pills have mainly herb extracts.
Question:	Will I get ripped fast
Answer:	I get a minor warmth in my mouth when I take it, but nothing crazy. I think it's normal, and haven't noticed any bad effects.
