For me, a 174lb male, it says to take 1 capsule 30min. b4 ur workout starts and one post-workout so I take w/ my protein powder along w/many other supps, vitimins, etc...as soon as I can after working out so more of the active ingredient is absorbed while my matabilizum is higher than normal so it IMO works better this way and on non-workout days I take one w/ breakfast and one w/ either lunch or dinner. Most of the time dinner as to not overload but still keep it in my system. This system has worked great for me, but if ur over 180-185lbs u deff. want to take 2 minimum b4 and at least 1-2 post workout and on non-workout days take one w/ breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This is plenty IMO and u can ajust the doseage for urself.
