Answer:	has anyone tried the tropic thunder or smash apple? i've tried... 1) blue raspberry- definitely my favorite! has the sweetness upfront and a nice raspberry tart aftertaste. i usually gravitate to blue sports drinks to begin with. 2) mango madness / watermelon- both good and exactly what they should taste like, mango and watermelon. 3) lemon lime- bought it for the lady and she loved it... not my flavor profile but it was well made. 4) strawberry kiwi- i felt this one was the hardest to adapt too. had too much of that bcaa powder taste. i purchased just because it was the cheapest one. you get what you pay for with these things. if you've never had any of these products i will advise they will all taste a little sweeter than you may be use to. I despise overly sweeten liquids unless we are talking about natural fruit juices (and even then i am cautious). I only put water, coffee, beer, wine, whiskey, and more water in my body... with that said I was able to adapt to the sweetness of these drinks (strawberry kiwi not so much). I recommend them, they have improved the quality of my workouts. I do mostly functional weight training (kettlebell, heavy club, sandbags) and some HIIT with dbs and bbs. For cardio i play some fairly intense beach volleyball 2v2... These products have helped my performance especially in the brutal sun at the beach. Also, I do recommend taking this product twice a day as they suggest. At first I did not, thinking that was a way to get the consumer to purchase more of the product. Yes and no... it made a difference when i stuck to two servings everyday. Do it if you can afford too.

Answer:	Yes, I did for two days in a row. And I only added 1-tbsp to my smoothie, not the 2-scoops that are recommended. It messed with my intestinal tract and bowel movements. I'm going to wait a while and then I may try using it alone in a smoothie with the protein super foods 50, Berry and water or some kind of liquid. I was a whey protein advocate for years and that never bothered me. I'm not a Vegan or Vegetarian, so it's not imperative that I drink this stuff. I need to look into "erythritol". Maybe that is the culprit.

Answer:	I have never that before. So I can't say if it has any truth to it. But these days everything causes cancer. Chemicals, GMO products (which is a huge problem), microwaving is now going to be coming to the forefront etc. So everything in moderation. Creatine is naturally occurring in the body. But is this processed creatine a problem? Do more research and make a decision. Stay off WebMD. Try PubMed for real info.

For me, a 174lb male, it says to take 1 capsule 30min. b4 ur workout starts and one post-workout so I take w/ my protein powder along w/many other supps, vitimins, etc...as soon as I can after working out so more of the active ingredient is absorbed while my matabilizum is higher than normal so it IMO works better this way and on non-workout days I take one w/ breakfast and one w/ either lunch or dinner. Most of the time dinner as to not overload but still keep it in my system. This system has worked great for me, but if ur over 180-185lbs u deff. want to take 2 minimum b4 and at least 1-2 post workout and on non-workout days take one w/ breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This is plenty IMO and u can ajust the doseage for urself. If u take 20 or more diff. powders and supplements like I do, some of which contain creatine, even when I bluk up to over 200lbs during cycles, I still use the same amount(1pre & 1post-workout) and this seems to help keep my muscle tone and my strenth levels stay up high where I like them w/o over doing it and just wasting product! Deff. wait 30min. b4 u start ur workout after poping one or whatever ur cycle and weight calls for due to the fact that this allows time for the creatine to get into ur system and muscles so u can have a better workout and get full benifits from this supplement!
