So, for the best experience with this product, I'd advise adding it to something sweet and fruity (BCAAs or EAAs definitely not protein shakes) and the citrulline malate will add a tangy flavor.

I'm sure tolerance varies though, but proceed cautiously, I'm over 250lbs and I find 2.5 grams to be about my limit in a single dose.
