Answer:	Based on a systematic review of 22 randomized control trials, Creatine is not only safe, but associated with increased fat free mass, muscle strength, and endurance vs. placebo. There are no associated kidney function effects. The recommended dosing to establish and maintain muscle creatine stores is 0.3g/kg for the first 3 days while starting, then take 3-5g daily thereafter. Ex. Answer:	If you're young which i think you are...i was obsessed with being taller when i was young...i turned out to be 6'3 and all my other brothers turned out to be short. 5'6/5-8....so i would drink alot of milk for the calcium almost about a gallon a day...i heard stretching worked so i stretched and even getting good sleep worked.. i believe there are treatments where people inject hgh into there knees you should research this. I also avoided weight lifting maybe i started that prematurely.

Answer:	Been using this product for a few months now. Combined this with diet and exercise which helped me lose 22lb in 2 months. Pros: boosts metabolism indefinitely (you'll notice you sweat more), suppresses appetite, burns fat Cons: upset stomach (burning pain), Diarrhea, if you have anxiety it will intensify. I personally have not experienced having more energy necessarily but I have experienced inability to fall asleep if I take a 2 pill dose for dinner time. Lately I have been taking 2 pills for lunch and it's been working out well enough.

Answer:	This product is to burn fat, the PM version just has 5 mg of melatonin to help you fall asleep and does not have the 270 mg of caffeine that would interfere with sleeping. Melatonin is a very mild sleep inducer and personally from taking melatonin by itself as a supplement I build a resistance to it and it stops working after a week (but this is me, others are more than likely different), it makes you fall asleep but will not keep you asleep which can be an issue for some sleepers (i.e. light sleepers who wake up to every little noise), but if you aren't someone with general problems sleeping (like me) it basically helps you fall into a deep sleep (REM sleep) state faster so you spend more time fully resting and wake up better rested/with more energy in the morning. The "dry" version is just a diuretic, makes you pee out the excess water in your body, not something you should really use for weight loss IMO because any pounds you shed are extremely temporary and nothing to do with fat, it is however popular with muscle builders who want to show off their toned bodies, water bloating can hide the muscle. Nothing to do with dieting, just for aesthetics. Hope this helped!
