Answer:	Personally, I did not like these at all. I only wore them for about a month and they made no difference. I would assume if they worked for you, I'd change them out when they showed signs of wear.

Answer:	Yes, but I would not advise getting a bigger size then trimming. I got a 9, and while my athletic shoes are 9.5 and it fits inside, the arch is not in the right place. Since my dress shoes are 8.5, I assume I need the smaller size so that they fit the curves of my foot properly. They are not returnable, so choose wisely!

Answer:	They suggest you size up on these and trim them down if they are a little too big to fit perfectly in your shoe.
Question:	I have very flat feet and have had plantar fasciitis. Do these insoles have a high arch? What's the arch height
Answer:	My wife has the women's size 7 and the arch is about 7/8" at the highest point with the orthotic sitting on a level surface. I don't think they are unusually high. They are relatively stiff (but comfortable) and probably adjusted for the size to mimic where the arch of the foot should be located. I also had problems with plantar fasciitis on a couple of occasions in the past. Since I started wearing these orthotics, I have not had a problem. If you're having an issue with it now, try freezing a small drinking water bottle (16 oz.) and rolling it under your bare foot for about 1/2 hour (2-3 times per day) while you are sitting down. My doctor recommended this, and worked wonders for me.
Question:	I have overpronation problems and a high arch. Would these insoles or the maxx be the best choice for me
Answer:	The Maxx would likely be a better choice for one who has mild pronation issues and a high arch as the heel on the Maxx version is slightly posted (angled) specifically to address that problem.

Answer:	I wear Superfeet in all my ski boots and had them in hiking boots and winter boots as well. They last a really long time. However, they did not fully support my high arches in hiking boots and I dreaded long hikes because my feet would hurt so much. I thought this was normal. I tried Powersteps and the difference (after a few short break in hikes) has been dramatic. They corrected my under-pronation much better and no burning feet! And my hips are not longer sore. I agree they don't seem to hold up quite as well, but Superfeet are more expensive. What matters is how they make you feel and that is a trial and error proposition. I like that the Powerstep is as rigid as the green Superfeet. I bought a different but highly recommended foot bed that was soft and does not work as well. It depends on use. and users. These have been great for more athletic uses.

Answer:	They are a little thinner, but not ultra thin. I found a pair at Walgreens that were excactly what you may be looking for. I think they were Dr Scholls also, made specifically for high arches. Not necessarily for running, but they are very cushioning and use them for running & elliptical workouts:)

Answer:	Hi Lisa, I wear a size 10 shoe and I purchased the 9.5-10. Because I like the extra space as you get closer to the toes, I wouldn't want them any longer. If you want them to be almost full size, I would go with the larger but if you want them to be the 2/3 they are designed to be, then you might want to go down a size. It depends on how much space you need in the shoes you will be wearing them in. Either way, it is fairly easy to get used to the gradual taper that they have. Hope this doesn't confuse you more. Answer:	I also wear a 7.5-8M shoe and I bought the 6.5-7.5 size to wear in a pair of size 8 boots and they fit well. I think the size 8-9 orthotic would crowd my toes and be too wide and the design doesn't allow for trimming.

Answer:	Arch support is great with these. I am flat foot with plantar fibromas and these have saved me feet time after time. I highly recommend them but be sure you have enough room in your shoes for them, they are thick. Work well with my Easy Spirit slide on shoes.

Answer:	These don't have the more rigid plastic on the bottom that the Powerstep Pinnacle has. They also don't offer as much support to the arch. However, these are thicker and have way more cushioning, which I find really comfortable.
