I’ve used these in 4 generations of Lone Peaks and in Timps and an older Altra road shoe, sized to my men’s 10.5 foot and medium Currexs. Basically I trim nothing from the sides and only trim a blunt line across the front. The resulting inside fit of the toe box is about 95% full. There are some small gaps on the sides but unnoticeable underfoot. The heel and mid foot are perfect. |

| Answer: | It fits the plug, I have it installed in a 2017 MX-5 RF. That said I still have not gotten the camera to work trying 3 different cameras now. the problem seems to be that the power output from the radio is a +6Volt and a -6Volt not a constant or switched 12Volt. Most cameras that are sold are 12-24 Volt drive and this presents the problem. I'm considering trying a low power relay to use a s a switch or maybe some sort of a switching transistor, but all this requires a bit more electronics skills. If you are looking for out of box; this may not be the answer for you. There are several companies that are selling the JDM Miata camera. It is pricy, but works and fits out of box. |

I just checked it for you and a women's size 7 is equivalent to a men's size 5, so you would order a size 5. I can't speak for cartilage loss, but I can tell you that I have had 4 foot surgeries for various problems and using these in my sneakers helps make them a lot more comfortable. I hope this helps. |

Best I can describe: instead of just the arch support on the side of the foot, there’s also a ‘raised pad’ directly underneath the ball of foot. |

| Answer: | Yes, but I would not advise getting a bigger size then trimming. I got a 9, and while my athletic shoes are 9.5 and it fits inside, the arch is not in the right place. Since my dress shoes are 8.5, I assume I need the smaller size so that they fit the curves of my foot properly. They are not returnable, so choose wisely! |
