Answer:	While not wanting to send any incorrect information I can only say this: Do pay special attention to the attachment ends (both ends) to be sure that they will fit your 100 lb tank and the BTU heater. After that, as long as a 1/2" hose that is 24' long (you lose a bit of volume of fuel that is transferred from the supply tank to the heater or other item the longer the hose is) supplies a "sufficient" amount of fuel to the heater then it should be fine (I have never used a heater hooked up to a NG/propane fuel source though). Without knowing how the BTU heater works, I would imagine that if too small of a hose was hooked up to it (supply of fuel is not sufficient) then it simply would not put out quite as much heat as it could with a "proper size hose". Hopefully the heater gives some indication as to what size of hose to use but I would be a bit surprised if this size hose did not work with that heater. I can only say with certainty that this hose is a good quality hose with good connections but I am not savvy with the hose/heater combo to give any type of definitive answer so please use my response as general info only. I used a couple drops on bowflex and it helped, so before i put parts/screws back I gave it more. BIG mistake as now the belt doesn't squeal but instead in doesn't hold well and it feels like it drops. Now i have it apart again trying to lessen my 'little good, lot better' mentality. Be wise, just a drop at a time, but it's great silicone & I'd buy again!
