hi - I can't tell you the microns. I can tell you that when I use this product the sensitivity is good and I can imagine that this is what drives your question. The only beef that I have with this pretty good product is the fit as it relates to me. Trying not to say something awkward here - if you are a little thicker than average better to go with a magnum-sized product. While I like the sensitivity I have trouble getting the thing on because it isn't wide enough for me. I have to get ahead of the situation , which can take some finesse. Hope this helps
