I use Word to create a two column document with correct margins and spacing so there are four blocks of the same message centered in each quadrant (Or “postcard”). You may have to fool around a bit for spacing but it is easy to do! Then you can print the 81/2 “ x 11” pages as you would any card stock. Finally, separate and mail the cards.
