Answer:	Technically it can, but it's discharge won't last as long. 60 ah (ampers hours) of energy, is less than 50. In a power wheelchair, or other demanding application, the difference can be significant.

Answer:	It depends upon the shape of the bottle and how tall it is. If it's narrower at the bottom, and not more than maybe no more than 8" tall, then it could work. I was able to put a "purchased" type water bottle in it, and it held. I could put a coffee cup in it as long as the cup had a narrow bottom. I doubt very much if a large 28 ounce bottle would work well for you.

Answer:	It does hold styrofoam cups ~ I know from my experience it holds up to a 20 ounce cup

Answer:	I haven't, I use it on my Tilite Aero X which has similar bars. I have no issues with it. The clamp is adjustable (will adapt from a very narrow tube 1/2" to a rather thick tube 1&1/2-2") . The cup holder is on an adjustable swivel that you can tighten.

Answer:	I guess it depends on how big the wheel chair is. I used it at camp for a 16 year old (she is about 5'3" ) and it was fine. It covered her whole wheel chair.

Answer:	I'm not familiar with a Pride scooter. There might be some information on the internet. For me, I have an Amigo Scooter. I put a towel over the back of my scooter and then attached the bag. It did take me several attempts before I was able to get the bag to attach, but once I did, it has never come off. Good luck..

Answer:	I'm not sure about a foldable scooter. However I do know that this bag comes with two kinds of straps, the ones used for captain seats (no handles) scooters in general. This bag also has Loop straps used on Cane handles for power and manual wheelchairs. I hope this helps.

Answer:	I usually leave it connected overnight, well past the time the batteries reach full charge. The charger fully charged light comes on and I have not had any problem. I use it to charge a wheelchair and a mobile cart and works great. The only thing I don't like about it is that it does not have a on/off switch so I have to unplug it to turn it off.
