User questions & answers
Question: | Can these be paid for with a HSA account |
Answer: | As far as I know your HSA account can pay for hearing aids. I would check with your plan manager/advisor. Remember that I purchased hearing amplifiers not hearing aids. Amplifiers are not classified as hearing aids and cannot be. Hope this helps. |
Question: | What is needed to charge the power base |
Answer: | Everything is included in the package to charge the power base. You don't need anything else. Basically, like charge any mobile phone, you plug the power adapter and connect it to the power base with the USB cable to charge it. |
Question: | will I have trouble wearing my glasses when wearing this hearing aid |
Answer: | I haven't had any problem wearing both my glasses and mask. They are so comfortable. |
Question: | if I need to replace the rechargable batteries, what kind does it take? Lithium P312 Power one |
Answer: | The rechargeable battery is not replaceable. The battery will last 500 to 800 charge/recharge cycles before reducing to 80% of the capacity. In this case, the hearing aid can still last at least 16 hours per charge. |
