Answer:	it depends on the width and substance of your heel, and if your feet tend to swell as the day goes on, but in most cases the heel cup should be wide enough

Answer:	It tapers from handle then widens to 2" at heel area. It is wider for heel than metal ones which are one width throughout the length. It also is more flexible than a metal shoe horn. The plastic is sturdy and I don't think it would break with normal usage. I'm sure if you cracked it over your knee it would break, but I wouldn't recommend that.

Answer:	It doesn't disconnect at the end. It slides out to the length that you want and it stays good. Y itself. There is no twisting or locking to stay in place. It stays where you want really good. My elderly blind dad uses it and works great for him.

Answer:	It’s a good gauge of spring, I’ve not had a problem with it bending too easily. I like it better than the long plastic one that I had been using.

Answer:	Depends what you mean by lock. Yes, there are small "beads" that lock it in place in the extended position. It will hold that extended position until you push on the handle and the "spoon" end. Then it simply slides back into the unextended position. No capability to truly lock the handle open.

Answer:	Hi Gerald,Yes you can. There is a hanging hole on the end towards the curved part of the handle. If the hook is thick, then the hole might not be wide enough to accommodate as its not a very wide hole. But in that case what most people do is tie a string or something in a loop through the hole and then use that to hang it. If you are using a nail or thin hook then the hole itself should work just fine without any string.PS - I represent both the seller and manufacturer of this product.

You should not have any problem with your shoes bending or the shoe horn itself. In our tests, most people cannot bend the shoe horn even if they try. It takes a fairly strong individually intentionally trying to bend it in order to cause any bend. And should you for any reason accidentally bend yours via normal usage then just contact us and we'll send you a free replacement.

Answer:	Made in China is what I read. It's very sturdy. I use it to shoehorn into leather shoes. As I've previously noted, you may need to degrease the manufacturing oil from this shoehorn, especially from the hole where the oil or grease is very thick. I used many facial tissues & Dr Bronner's liquid soap & warm water. The tool itself is strong. There's no sign of rust so it may well be stainless steel as advertised. I don't need to bend to use it. Sitting is not mandatory.

Answer:	No idea. I gave them away to a wheelchair bound friend, who was very appreciative. Sorry
