Answer:	You will have no troubles installing the EZ Adjust Bed Rail on your queen size bed. There is a quick assembly and installation video on the product page. Question:	Does the strap have to go around a bed frame or can you secure it around a mattress
Answer:	Bed frame would be the most secure, however, around the box spring under your mattress would work. I don't have a box spring under my mattress so I secured the strap around the opposite side of my wooden frame.
Question:	Will this work with customatic "privia" adjustable bed frame with no box spring, mattress only
Answer:	I looked up what a privia bed was. Not sure this would work. It has two pipe arm to slide under the mattress and straps that go around the box springs to keep it secure. It is a good product in the correct application. I feel you should keep looking.
Question:	We have a Craftmatic adjustable bed. Does the EZ Adjust Bed Rail work on this type of bed
Answer:	Should be able to, but you must install differently than the enclosed instructions. The rail is secured to the bed by straps that are supposed to loop around the bed's foundation. With the automatic bed, you must loop and tie the straps around the moveable base directly under the mattress NOT the foundation. This keeps the bed rail secured to the bed without interfering with operation and movement of the mattress and base. We are using it on a Tempurpedic adjustable twin bed and works great for what we need. The mattress base is metal on this model, so straps are very secure, just had to fiddle with excess length for a while. No problems with it all.

Answer:	which size are you asking about? I only have the twin & what you are referring to sounds like the full or queen.

Answer:	it has the foundation u do not ned a box spring. I love this bed alot. It does not make noises when I sleep. It does not have a headboard. U can buy screws and stuff to put a headboard on.

Answer:	That is correct. This frame was designed with the new memory foam mattresses in mind. There's a foot of storage space underneath. I haven't used a regular mattress on this frame but I can't see why it wouldn't work.
Question:	On a full size frame are there legs in the middle to give the mattress support, or are there just legs along the perimeter
Answer:	The frame comes in two pieces that both unfold and then connect together, and each piece has six legs: two at the head, two at the middle, two at the foot. So when they're connected there are actually six perimeter legs and six legs running along the center of the frame. It is definitely well supported in the middle.

Question:	Has anyone used this on a convertible crib? Our 13 mo old co-sleeps with us and want her in her own bed but she's a wild sleeper
Answer:	The rail is 43-inches long. When the crib is converted to a toddler or day bed it would probably work. But, it would depend on how the convertable crib was designed as some have built in guard rail.
Question:	Does the rail swing down to be flat against the base of the bed? The photo makes it appear as though it swings down, but may rest at an angle. Thanks
Answer:	The first response is correct, if the boxspring and frame are high enough off the ground the rail will swing down and lay flat. Just installed my sons this week and the bed and frame are super high so it lays flat w/ no issues. For reference the TOP of my box spring is 21in off the floor, this leaves a 2in gap between the floor and the rail when it is in the down position.
Question:	Will this work on a mattress which i placed directly on the floor without box spring
Answer:	No. The rail is held in place by a strap that goes under the mattress. at the end is a piece of plastic that forms a T with the strap. In other words, part of the plastic sticks up, and part sticks down. this keeps the rail from slipping. If you put the mattress on the floor, the "T" wouldn't be in a proper position and wouldn't hold it. I think you're going to need a box spring for it to work properly.
Question:	I have a bunk bed that has at least a dozen wooden slats but no boxspring or plywood piece. Would it work for me
Answer:	This bedrail will only work "properly" for a bed with mattress and a boxspring. It will also work for any other bed like wooden beds but you wont be able to pull it down to the side of the bed. Just keep it upright all the time.
