Question:	Why does my sauna’s temp drop after 20 minutes of sitting in it no matter what it starts to go down? Is it broke
Answer:	Let me help you all—just dońt tell serene life. The temperature is auto regulated via a thermostat. The temperature sensor, however, is placed directly by the heating element which means, as you know, that the internal temperature never really reaches the desired setting and drops of rapidly when the heater shuts off. What I did was move the temperature sensor away from the heating element and that not only voided my warranted but it fixed the problem and made my sauna actually work as desired. Yay!
Question:	Does anyone perhaps sit on the floor so that your head is in the sauna as well? I'm thinking about improving my skin on my face. Not just sweating
Answer:	I have, but it was uncomfortable for me. Thats just me. I put a towel over my head and it works pretty good. I would be nice if SereneLife would come up with a lay down version.

Answer:	It does go on clear but I used it on acrylic and not on tile so I’m not sure what would happen on tile. The product also recognize that you sand the surface first, So that might be problematic as well. I have noticed on acrylic that it does yellow after a while in the area where one stands, but I believe that that should sand off easily before the next application.

Answer:	Dear Patricia, I don't suggest to apply this stickers on wooden steps which has not waxing. It will hurt the surface of wooden steps when peel off those stickers instead of heating and removing with hair dryer .

Answer:	This may sound odd but I wear ribbed thermal underwear and socks while using it so that I don't end up laying in a big pool of sweat. Since the clothing absorbs the sweat, there is no liquid mess to deal with afterward. To clean it when I'm done, I partially unzip the blanket and leave one edge still zipped together. Then I open it up flat and wipe the entire inner surface with a damp rag first and then a dry rag. I then let it air dry for a few minutes before putting it away. The vinyl material is pretty heavy and it cleans up great.

Answer:	Hi- this is Kristina from SlipX Solutions. Clean surface carefully, using everyday cleanser. Dry completely. Wipe surface with rubbing alcohol to remove all soap/cleanser residue. Dry completely. Arrange treads in desired pattern. Remove backing material one tread at a time. Press tread firmly onto surface, working from center outward. Do not touch adhesive or reposition treads during installation. Allow newly installed treads to stand for 12 hours before use.
Question:	Will it take up a lot of room
Answer:	Very hard to peel off. Just pick a random spot and get to picking, takes a lot of strength to rip it off but evetually it comes off. Can not be reused after though. Left no resedue behind which is good at least. The flyer that came with the set originally recomended using a heat gun to get them off easier but i wasn't able to try that
Question:	Is the sauna material well insulated
Answer:	My experience is they will not stick to a bumpy surface.

Answer:	I would imagine that they would. I haven't actually tried them on stainless steel. I used them on a slightly textured plastic shower floor, I didnt expect them to adhere that well. They did, I was amazed. Follow the application instructions to the letter. If they worked on my surface they undoubtably will on yours.

Answer:	Word of advice if you take baths I honestly wouldn't buy these they are ok to stand on but if you sit on them will hurt your butt. They are sorta sharp I had to buy a bath mat to put over them to take a bath. My husband takes showers and for that they keep him from slipping.

Answer:	I am not sure. I used it on floor tile that someone had installed outside a front entrance. When it rain it turned into a skating rink. It definitely took care of the problem. I can not say it dulled the tile. However we are talking two different materials.

Answer:	Dumping and filling is not messy at all. It's very simple. Raise both lids lay the sitz on commode -put salts inside- add hot or warm water. Stir to dissolve salts-sit but down- sit for fifteen minutes--wipe but--pour into commode- lay it back down pour water in to rinse then I hang mine in the shower-when I get in shower i rinse it with hot water and hang it on a suction hook.
