Answer:	I doubt it. There are some liquid supplements that are suspended in grain alcohol which could definitely cause a positive test. The test actually tests for a metabolite of alcohol, not the alcohol itself. I have heard of some medications supposedly causing false positives on EtG, but I don't know which ones. You just have to be careful using or ingesting anything with alcohol.
