Answer:	At the time of me writing this answer: $25.95 before shipping and however long it takes Amazon to ship a new device to you. Everything that I see says that if you are having major issues with your machine after the warranty period from the manufacturer expires you should just replace it with another. After the cost of shipping it or bringing it somewhere to get it calibrated, then adding on the labor cost of the calibration, you will most likely be looking at a cost close to, if not more than the cost of just purchasing a new unit.I have had mine for a couple of months now and I have noticed no issue with the calibration or accuracy of this machine. There are a few times that I have gotten an outrageously high reading (.25 % or greater) from someone else using this device, but that can (and is) attributed to not waiting at least 10 minutes from your last drink before attempting to get a reading. The alcohol left over in your mouth from your last drink is more than enough to affect the reading. I suggest waiting at least 10 minutes, then rinsing your mouth out with water before acquiring a reading.The second reading that I have gotten that would make you question the calibration is a .00 % after I have had a few drinks. This is a result of not enough air going through the machine to get a proper reading, but enough air getting through to not trip the "FL" output signaling a low airflow. This is fixed by just taking another test immediately after the mahcien resets and blowing harder into the mouthpiece. Again, I have had my unit for several months now and have noticed no decline in performance whatsoever past those two easily fixable reading errors. Hope this helps!
Question:	How many times you can use it
Answer:	I have used it about 12 times in about 6 weeks. The instructions say it needs recalibration every 6-12 months, or if used every day, it will need recalibrated in as early as a month. So that sounds like around 30 times? Instructions say it can fluctuate after limits have been met but for me so far, it still seems on target as I have had many road side tests. Answer:	I just did the research and yes, it will. Ketones are measured through the alcohol in your breath and a raise in Keytone’s will also raise in your alcohol levels even if you have not consumed any. A good reading would be around 0.4-0.5 especially when you have not consumed any alcohol whatsoever. That is a good sign that you are indeed in ketosis. This can be done with any breathalyzer, especially a cheap one.

Answer:	Hi Catalina, This definitely does not mean your BACtrack is broken. FL stands for "Flow Error" which simply means the unit is not getting an adequate breath sample and you need to breathe harder and/or longer on your next test. Make sure that you exhale steadily into the unit for a full 5 seconds. Your BACtrack will beep while you are breathing into it - don’t stop breathing! The beep indicates that the unit is getting a good breath sample, and it will stop when it has enough air to analyze. When you receive an FL error, simply press the start button to restart the countdown cycle and retest. Sometimes it's easier to go over this with a member of our customer service team on the phone. Question:	Why this alcohol tester can only display 0.19% BAC at most
Answer:	For accurate results when using your BLO breathalyzer make sure you wait at least 20 minutes after your last drink. Otherwise alcohol in your mouth can skew the readings. For example, if you or your son uses alcoholic mouthwash and then uses the breathalyzer it will show a false positive. Additionally, it is very important to make sure you wait at least 3 minutes between readings. Otherwise the results will be inaccurate.
