Question:	How helpful will this be for persons whose cycle length vary and may need to test daily and are uncertain of when along the cycle they will ovulate
Answer:	The LH test will show a test line that is as dark as, or darker than the control line, during ovulation. This LH surge occurs roughly 24-48 before ovulation, and is meant to detect the time you are most fertile. Both before and after this surge, you may get a very faint, or no test line at all.
Question:	Can you use clear blue advance ovulation strips with the connected reader
Answer:	Blue are pregnancy tests (HCG), pink are ovulation tests (LH). These tests work great - nothing fancy, but if you're taking tests multiple days in a row (either ovulation or pregnancy), you can't beat the value.
Question:	I had to get a new phone, is there any option to connect to my new one or do i need to get a whole new kit
Answer:	Well, most women ovulate just once, if you think you could be ovulating more than once per month due to fertility treatments, you could do a few more tests, but if you tested positive for ovulation get busy. And then test for pregnancy one or two days before four period.

Question:	Why did I not receive the straw that plugs into the breathalyzer
Answer:	Hi Catalina, This definitely does not mean your BACtrack is broken. FL stands for "Flow Error" which simply means the unit is not getting an adequate breath sample and you need to breathe harder and/or longer on your next test. Make sure that you exhale steadily into the unit for a full 5 seconds. Your BACtrack will beep while you are breathing into it - don’t stop breathing! The beep indicates that the unit is getting a good breath sample, and it will stop when it has enough air to analyze. When you receive an FL error, simply press the start button to restart the countdown cycle and retest. Sometimes it's easier to go over this with a member of our customer service team on the phone.
