Answer:	The mic is in the phone station. I have used the speaker several times and it will pick up voice from another room. You will have to speak rather loud if they are in another room.

Answer:	When you set it up it will dial 3 numbers in the order you want them to be dialed. I have this for my wife so the first number I set it to dial was my sister's house, next door to ours. If there is no answer there then it will dial the second number, my number at work. If there is still no answer then for the third number for it to dial I set it for 911. So, if my sister does not respond, or I don't, then it goes to 911. If you want it to dial 911 first, just put it in as the first number. Surely they will answer, so you will not need to program the other two numbers. I suggest the first number be a close neighbor friend, the second be a relative, and the third be 911. Once you push the button it will go through all three until someone answers. I hope that helps.

1. Anytime you need help, press your wireless help button or the help button on the main unit

2. The system will dial the 1st phone number that is programmed into the system

3. When the responder receives the call the help message will play. They can then press 5 to accept the call or 9 to reject the call.

4. If they reject the call, the system will hang up and call the next programmed phone number, if there is no answer it will continue to call the next number and cycle until someone answers.

Press 5 to Answer the Call and connect 2-Way Voice

If you press 5 to accept the call, the system will open up the 2-way voice. You will be able to talk through your phone direct the person needing help and they will talk and listen through the system base speaker.

If help is user requires help, you end the call by pressing 9, then call 911 dispatch.

Answer:	We cannot speak for the other sellers, but all systems shipped from Assistive Technology Services (ats-tn) are always the newest unit. Currently the newest is the F7.
Question:	Does the button on this unit need to be pressed AND held down in order for communication
Answer:	No. You only need hold the emergency button down for several seconds before the system starts working - either dialing the numbers you have programmed or to answer the ringing home phone. The pendant is like being on or answering a speaker phone. You only need press the button on the back of the pendant to disconnect the call. Also, the base unit advises very loudly that it is calling - or that you have disconnected.
Question:	If you have 4 relatives programmed and not 911 and no one answers will it start over
