Answer:	If you did not setup the scale you don't need to reset it. Press SET, using the Up and Down Arrows, select a Profile Number, Gender, enter your height, then your Age (Note: Be sure to press SET after each selection)After entering your Age, the scale will display "0.0". Immediately step onto the scale in your bare feet and remain standing. The scale will save your profile and display all the good stuff. Answer:	Yes, it measures them. As for accuracy, it may be a bit off. However, if you're tracking changes to any of those parameters, then it is accurate. For example, it may have your muscle, fat, etc %age slightly higher or lower than complete accuracy - but it has it the same amount higher or lower every time you weight, making it accurate for measuring how those parameters may have increased or decreased over time. The scale keeps tracks of the last 30 weights. I keep a booklet and pen nearby to keep a record--when I'm expecting guests I put the booklet away.

Answer:	I got the 21X60 case for mine 21X54 as it helps from not having the pillow slip out. My only complain is that it wrinkles a little out of the dryer but love the cotton!

Answer:	The body pillow fit just fine after washing in cold water. I DID NOT put them in the dryer though, I let them air dry just to be on the safe side.
