Answer:	I’ve ever had that problem, but I’d change out the battery.

Answer:	A sharp pointed tip worked for me but best refer to the manufacturer to make sure you are removing the battery most safely.

Answer:	Seat is 16" deep (from front edge of seat to back). 25" refers to side to side width of seat. Allow additional 6" or so for total width including wheels. It's a great lighter weight chair that is much easier to load and unload than a wheelchair. Raised handles with brake give caregiver a lot more control when pushing the chair. I highly recommend it.

Answer:	I would only do that if you put it back in its box. Outside of the box, no. It is very large and very heavy glass. I remember seeing one reviewer whose scale completely shattered.

Answer:	No two scales will weight the same, and the type of flooring they are on can be a factor also. the scales at the meeting are calabrated regularly to make sure they are working correctly. And if you attend meetings you should’nt really be weighing yourself at home & should ONLY weigh at meetings!!

Answer:	It is 12 1/4" wide, 13 1/2" front to back and 1 1/2" thick. We are very pleased with ours.
