Answer:	I don't know what you mean by rough terrains, but I live in New York City and the streets are rough, dug up and so are most of the sidewalks. The Chair works beautifully. I have only had the chair a week and am just getting used to the joy stick, but I can now get on an off buses comfortably, it folds up beautifully, and I am delighted. I previously had an electric scooter and I hardly ever used it because the steering was difficult. One of the nice features about this chair is that the wheels are solid so you feel the chair is extremely stable. The only one thing I would like is to have a louder horn.
