I have tried many did supports over the years, but these are the only ones that work for me and keep my arch and heels from hurting.

Answer:	Yes. They can be worn over socks or stockings or even bare feet. Because of the velcro wrap its size changes to whatever you need. Be careful, though, not to snag the stockings with the velcro. These are wonderful for curing plantar fasciitis. I keep wearing mine to prevent it from coming back. Good luck!

The locks keep out my 3-year-old, but sometimes I stick the key too low on the fridge and he brings it to me when he wants me to open a door where the candy is. They work wonderfully, though. Adult visitors have a lot of trouble when they come over and need to open a cabinet because it won't budge without the magnet. We chose these because we can just disengage them when our son grows up, but if somebody with little kids comes over or if one of our pets starts to get into cabinets then we can just click them to reactivate. We love them.

Calibrate to "0.0"

1. Gently step on the scale and the scale will automatically activate, start your weighing after it displays "0.0".

2. Re-calibrate the scale to "0.0" after moving, shifting or replacing batteries.

Tips: Step on the scale with one foot until the display lights up, then step off. The scale will show “0.0,” indicating that the calibration was successful.

Weight Measurement

1. For best accuracy, please place the digital bathroom scale on a hard and flat surface, and stand on the central area. Avoid carpet or soft surface.

2. When you step onto the scale, it will calculate numbers and blink three times then quickly settle on a weight. It will automatically turn off after 10 seconds.
