For example, if the incoming water temp is 50 degrees in the winter, then the max winter temp will be 105. In the summer, when the incoming water is 65 degrees, the max summer temp will be 120 degrees. This is the way ALL demand heaters work. Be SURE to check the TEMPERATURE RISE specification on ANY demand heater to know what it is truly capable of. Answer:	I solved this. I would pull the scale out, step on it, and get a first weight that was 3.5 lbs too high. Second weight was right. Turns out I wasn't letting it reset after moving it. Just set the scale on the floor. Tap it or briefly step on it. Let it flicker and then go to 0.0; then when you step on it you'll get the correct weight.

Answer:	If you are strong, you can push yourself on carpets. The hardest part is going from one level of floor to another-hardwood to just a rug even. Or a tall threshold. But if your floors are all carpet that aren't too thick, you won't have a problem.

Answer:	Same problem with first use the foot plate is plastic so any amount of weight, like trying to scoot up , snaps it. I'd like to replace then with stronger metal ones. I'll let you know if I find anything.

Answer:	Nope, that doesn't happen. Scale will reflect even small tenth of a point changes. (What I like about it is that it is extremely precise and does not alter reading if you get on and off within a few seconds. My old digital scale gave me 2-3 different readings within a minute of me getting on the scale or if I moved the scale to a different location in the room.) This is the best scale I ever owned.
