Question:	It says it’s 400lbs.How do you move it to clean under it
Answer:	I solved this. I would pull the scale out, step on it, and get a first weight that was 3.5 lbs too high. Second weight was right. Turns out I wasn't letting it reset after moving it. Just set the scale on the floor. Tap it or briefly step on it. Let it flicker and then go to 0.0; then when you step on it you'll get the correct weight.

Answer:	If you are strong, you can push yourself on carpets. The hardest part is going from one level of floor to another-hardwood to just a rug even. Or a tall threshold. But if your floors are all carpet that aren't too thick, you won't have a problem.

Place the scale on a hard, flat surface.

Calibrate each time. Step onto the scale to turn on the scale, then step off to let the scale calibrate. Wait until you see the scale displays '0.00', then step on the scale again to measure your weight.

Use the scale under the same condition during same hour each day.

Open App to the 'Measurements' page before taking measurement.

Answer:	Yes it is very easy to change the batteries. Their is a small compartment on the back of the scale that holds the batteries and its extremely easy to change them when needed.

Answer:	It’s not too easy. I weigh myself with the suitcase and then without. Subtracting the difference gives you a rough weight for the suitcase. Best is to buy a separate suitcase scale that you can hang the suitcase from. You get an exact weight and the scale is so light you can take it with you in case you buy a lot of items on your travels.
