Answer:	I solved this. I would pull the scale out, step on it, and get a first weight that was 3.5 lbs too high. Second weight was right. Turns out I wasn't letting it reset after moving it. Just set the scale on the floor. Tap it or briefly step on it. Let it flicker and then go to 0.0; then when you step on it you'll get the correct weight.

Answer:	If you are strong, you can push yourself on carpets. The hardest part is going from one level of floor to another-hardwood to just a rug even. Or a tall threshold. But if your floors are all carpet that aren't too thick, you won't have a problem.

Answer:	Did you download the app that is on the label on the back? Then you have to set up an account give some info and it should automatically pair and you would be to see everything.

Question:	Has anybody tested its accuracy?what is the actual accuracy
Answer:	You don't need to pair it like you might traditionally be used to doing. Follow the set up steps of the app and it should just work. Once set up, you need to press the "click to start" button in the app when you get on the scale and it will just 'push' the data to your phone.

Calibrate to "0.0"

1. Gently step on the scale and the scale will automatically activate, start your weighing after it displays "0.0".

2. Re-calibrate the scale to "0.0" after moving, shifting or replacing batteries.

Tips: Step on the scale with one foot until the display lights up, then step off. The scale will show “0.0,” indicating that the calibration was successful.

Weight Measurement

1. For best accuracy, please place the digital bathroom scale on a hard and flat surface, and stand on the central area. Avoid carpet or soft surface.

2. When you step onto the scale, it will calculate numbers and blink three times then quickly settle on a weight. It will automatically turn off after 10 seconds.

Question:	Can you export or download the data to a computer
Answer:	It takes about 3-5 hours to charge, at least that’s what it was for us. I’m still tracking it to make sure this is correct. And you change C to F in the set mode. After you set the time, you continue to hit set for the year, month and date and then the final set and up and down to change from C to F
Question:	How long between charges? Once it is fully charged, how long does it hold on to the charge before you need to charge it again? Can you plug it into a
Answer:	It’s supposed to hold a charge. We charged ours once we got it in the mail and it lasted a week. That part worries me. But from my understanding you can also leave it plugged in
Question:	Can I use it outside US with 220 vo electricity
Answer:	When the RGB mode is turned on, there is no sound, and it will not go out after turning on the TAP button, unless there is no electricity, but I don’t recommend you to turn on the night light for a long time.
Question:	The review say it does not show in pounds. The video clearly shows pounds. Does the scale show pounds or not? Is there someway to program it
Answer:	In normal working display mode (two points flash in the middle of time), press “AL” , button to enter alarm setting mode (If the two points doesn’t flash means you’ve entered.). You can set the alarm clock by pressing the up key or the down key. Similarly, you can also press these two keys to cancel alarm symbol “ ” and snooze symbol “Zz” not displayed on the screen.
