How to charge?

Answer:	I haven't had any problems with the lb. Vs. Kg except when I picked it up to move it. Just pushed the button and voila it stayed on lbs.

Answer:	I do think this is a faulty product. Mine has been vastly inconsistent, wouldn't stay on the lbs choice, and eventually just stopped working altogether. Now, it pops up with 0.0 and won't budge. Very disappointed in this product.

Answer:	My body fat is ~12%, but the scale reports my body fat as 22%, because I'm athletic. The scale measures weight and also uses a (very small) electrical current through your body to measure your body's electrical impedance. With this data, and some assumptions, and calculations, software derives the other health stats. One of the assumptions is that you are average. While it would be easy to implement, they do not enable their software to include input for your level of fitness. If you've used other fitness products you may have been asked during setup to describe your level of fitness or enter how often you exercise. Those questions enable results that are much more accurate. While Eufy rightfully boasts of the accuracy and precision of its scales measurement of weight it oddly makes no effort to be accurate in the other health stats provided.

Relax and sit comfortably with your left arm resting on a table. Fasten the cuff on your upper arm and position the tube off-center toward the inner side of your arm. Do not talk to people before or while measuring.

STEP 2

The cuff should be snug, but not too tight. You should be able to insert one finger between the cuff and your arm. If the monitor shows "E1" Reading while measuring, please re-fasten the cuff and try again.

STEP 3

The middle of the cuff should be level with the height of your heart. Before starting the measurement, sit comfortably with your back and arm supported, legs uncrossed, and feet flat on the floor. Then start measuring.

Fitting the Cuff

Place the large cuff flat on the table with the Velcro facing down. Pass the end of the cuff through the metal ring to form a circle. Put the cuff onto the left upper arm and let the tube down to the direction of the hand.

Adjust the cuff around your forearm

Make the nozzle of the arm cuff point to your forearm, the arm cuff is 2-3cm higher than the elbow joint. The white-marked area on the arm cuff point to your mid-finger, please keep the nozzle upwards.

Body Positioning

Sit upright, place your forearm on the table or any flat surface, keep palm upright, then position the central part of the cuff at the same height as your heart. Please be careful not to bend the tube.

ONE Monitor Your Reading

Then measure in a relaxed state. Press the power button to measure. Please do not move and speak during the measurement. After 30 seconds, it appears your blood pressure level.

Answer:	Hello This is completely automatic. You put it on your left arm and push a button and it pumps the cuff and displays your BP and pulse. Very easy and a nice unit.
Question:	What is the warranty? The only answer I find is that the warranty is in the app ... i don't want to have to install an app to find warranty
Answer:	Hi, In order to get an accurate reading using the wrist monitor, the palm should be open facing you and that the monitor should be at heart level. Thanks.
Question:	what is it’s measurements
Answer:	yes, in sleep mode press SET for at least 3-5 seconds to enter "programming" mode, (the little person icon will be flashing) press SET again use toggle through the year, date time (24 hour clock) settings which are small numbers at the top right, use MEM to change the values and SET to confirm and advance. Next you'll see in large letters SP (turn to OFF) and PA (turn to OFF). I'm not sure what SP and PA are but by turning both off I was able to mute the Voice. (SP may be speaker, PA may be the spoken instructions at the start of taking your blood pressure).
Question:	Does this model come with a carrying case
Answer:	I am a Nurse Practitioner & I have very specific instructions for my patients to take their blood pressure. As there can be many variables that can effect every reading. First you want to make sure the batteries are good (new) in the monitor. Then wrap the monitor around your arm, sit still with both feet flat on the floor, no movement or talking for 2-5 minutes then take the blood pressure. I have them try to stake it at the same time of the day for comparison. Slight movements, talking, lying down, standing, agitation, being upset, etc. can all effect blood pressure readings. . Very rarely will you get the exact blood pressure reading in secession, but they should be within 10-15 mm Hg for both systolic(top #) & diastolic(bottom #). I also have my patients bring their blood pressure monitor with then to their appointments to compare readings so I can make sure it is calibrated correctly & inspect it for any defects. I also have them keep a log & bring it to all appointments & document circumstances that could effect any abnormal (high or low) readings, such as increased stress, sleep deprivation, high sodium meals, any pain, etc. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I'm not a mechanical engineer, but my husband is. ;-) He had explained to me during my use of the scooter that while the limitations of tie rod were annoying, it was necessary. While the tie rod steering severely restricts the turning radius, it had very much protected me from toppling over by "cutting" the turn too tightly. However... the way I overcame the limited turning radius was to put fabric steering wheel covers on each tire (for indoor hard floor use or for outdoor deck use). This allowed me to "slide" the front wheels sideways. I doubt the manufacturer's lawyers would sign off on such a behavior, but I found that fix much safer and way less annoying than doing a bunch of 3-point turns to make a 90* turn. I must say: I really really appreciated the sturdiness and safety of this QUAD KneeRover. Frankly, I would NOT get one any less robust. I could REALLY zip around very SAFELY. At the time of my surgery/recovery, I was 60 yo/155#. My full foot reconstruction required me to be totally non-weight bearing for a full 3 months. This scooter made that easily possible. I never once toppled over. BTW - I have lots of post-foot-surgery tips. Feel free to contact me, if you have any other questions! Godspeed.

Answer:	My insurance covers these 100% with their preferred vendors. Outside of preferred vendors, it goes towards out-of-pocket deductible. Thus, buying the one I want on Amazon will go towards my deductible. Otherwise, the preferred vendors I called only rent them (by the month) and they are used and can’t guarantee a specific model. We recommend not to use the blood pressure cuff at home during the charging process because it will affect the measurement results.
