Answer:	I'm 5' 4" & hate bending over to use a cane. I normally use a regular metal cane, but got the folding one for travel. I started out with putting the silver adjust button all the way to the top of the top piece to shorten it(out of sight), but then put it back into the top hole as I used it. If you do that, then it should be fine for 5' 2", IMO. Mine stayed "stuck" like that, too. But the top hole ended up being the best for my height. Alternatively, it would not be hard to take the rubber tip off & with a metal saw, cut an inch or two off the bottom. Any hardware store or home center could probably do this for you if you don't have access to a metal saw. Many drug stores have this cane, so you could try it out. Amazon has the best selection of patterns & colors, tho!! I got a purple one & love it. Hope this helps. Any shorter than 5' 2" would have problems with this cane being too long, so would have to take some off the bottom end.

Will the cuff fit my arm?

Selecting the correct cuff is extremely important. Cuff size is dependent upon the circumference of the arm (measured in the center of the bicep). The permissible range is printed on the cuff and our cuffs are a universal size, fitting 8.7 inches - 15.7 inches (22-40 cm) arms. Measure your arm to make sure the cuff will fit you.

How to understand that the device detected an arrhythmia?

If you see three heart symbols on the screen, it indicates that the device has found an arrhythmia, which is a disruption in your heartbeat. This might mean that you need to relax, calm down, and not speak during the measurement. If the symbol appears several times in a single week, we recommend going to a doctor.

Why is there a Micro USB plug on the device?

Answer:	I'm not a mechanical engineer, but my husband is. ;-) He had explained to me during my use of the scooter that while the limitations of tie rod were annoying, it was necessary. While the tie rod steering severely restricts the turning radius, it had very much protected me from toppling over by "cutting" the turn too tightly. However... the way I overcame the limited turning radius was to put fabric steering wheel covers on each tire (for indoor hard floor use or for outdoor deck use). This allowed me to "slide" the front wheels sideways. I doubt the manufacturer's lawyers would sign off on such a behavior, but I found that fix much safer and way less annoying than doing a bunch of 3-point turns to make a 90* turn. I must say: I really really appreciated the sturdiness and safety of this QUAD KneeRover. Frankly, I would NOT get one any less robust. I could REALLY zip around very SAFELY. At the time of my surgery/recovery, I was 60 yo/155#. My full foot reconstruction required me to be totally non-weight bearing for a full 3 months. This scooter made that easily possible. I never once toppled over. BTW - I have lots of post-foot-surgery tips. Feel free to contact me, if you have any other questions! Godspeed.

Answer:	You should follow next steps: Firstly, you need to log in system setting - press the SET button and hold it for more than 8 seconds. After that, you can start to set. Then, you can choose setting type by clicking SET button. When the display shows UL, the volume ranges from 0 to 30, the default value is 15, press the Memory button to adjust volume (0 means Music Off) and press the SET button to confirm.
Question:	Does this machine blow the cuffs automatically or is it manual
Answer:	What you are talking about is the "true reading" which is a feature of Ormon and probably also other brands. I do not know if this product has this feature but the truth is that it should not be used. The true reading takes your blood pressure at intervals that are too close to one another, thus not allowing for the blood vessels to return to their normal status before a new reading is performed. I am not a doctor but I have an Ormon with the true reading feature and I can tell you how contradictory it is. The manual that comes with the device (written by Omron) states that blood pressure should not be taken at internals that are less than 3-4 minutes apart, and then the divice itself does not allow you to set intervals that are longer than 60 seconds. I also asked two of my doctors about the true reading and they both says that I should not use it. You use your judgment but common sense will tell you that in order to take an accurate reading one has to allow for enough time for the vessels to return to their original status.

Get Ready for Measuring

Please keep calm and relaxation for at least 10 minutes, avoid eating, drinking, smoking, exercising and bathing for half an hour before taking the measurements. All the above factors affect the results. Blood pressure is constantly fluctuating. At different times of the day, the measured blood pressure values will also vary. For a more accurate result, take measurements regularly at the same time every day, it is recommended to measure after getting up in the morning.

Wrap the Cuff in Right Way

Place the flat bracelet on the table with the velcro down. Pass the end of the bracelet through the metal ring to form a circle. Place the cuff on the upper left arm and let the tube go down in the direction of the hand. Wrap the bracelet around your arm as shown in the image and make sure that the lower edge of the bracelet is approximately 1-2 cm above the elbow. Squeeze the free end of the bracelet and close the bracelet with Velcro. The cuff should be as tight on the upper arm as you can place two fingers between the cuff and the arm.

Standard Measurement Position

It is advisable to use a sitting position measurement to keep the body straight and the back straight. The legs are flat and cannot be crossed. Place your arm on the table, arms stretch naturally and palms are flat on the table. The bracelet should be kept at the same level as the heart. Please be careful not to bend the tube. Then measure in a relaxed state. Press the power button to measure. Please do not move and talk during the measurement.

How to Get More Accurate Readings

When the measurement is successful, the systolic, diastolic and pulse rates will appear on the screen. It is recommended to measure at least three times and obtain an average reading closer to your physical condition. Through repeated measurements, blood accumulates in the vessels, which can result in erroneous readings. Users must wait 1 minute for the second measurement. Instructions For Optimal Readings

1. Maintain a normal heartbeat by resting calm for 5-10 minutes before taking your blood pressure measurement. Avoid consumption of food and alcohol, bath or shower, smoking, exercise, or any physical activities 30 minutes prior to measurement recording.

2. Wrap the cuff on your left arm above the elbow. For accurate measurement, keep the cuff at the same level of your heart.

3. Do not cross your legs. Settle yourself in a sitting position with your back straight and your feet parallel to the floor.

4. Stretch your arm on a flat surface like a table, with your palm facing up.
