You might be able to get away with running with it if you wear it pulled over your head as a hood. I'm female with slender neck and at this point you could fit two female necks in the thing. It no longer keeps my neck warm in bed at night because it is so loose it just hangs on my neck, scrunched up, like a necklace. |
