Answer:	This Oster is a functional clone of the Regal K6725 from about 1999. I do not own the Oster, but I do own the Regal. The 58 minute cycle achieves the increase in speed by completely skipping the rise stage. You add all ingredients and begin the cycle. It will run the kneading paddle in pulses at first so as not to make a mess of the flour. It will then give you some beeps before going full throttle for about 20 minutes. This is where part of the magic happens. The machine uses a computer control and temperature sensor to begin adding heat during the knead. This greatly speeds up the yeast activity. Once the 58 minute countdown reaches 45 minutes remaining the knead will stop and the machine keeps increasing heat. It rises and bakes at the exact same time. You go from raw ingredients to done in literally 58 minutes. That's the only cycle I ever use on mine other than dough for making pizza, and bake for when I feel like cooking something other than bread in the pan such as meatloaf.
