Answer:	Good luck. I wear ladies size 7 double wide and have a deep arch. Technically, my foot is the size of a ladies 8 with the toes cut off. I wear the small. So I would say the average lady could wear a small. A lady with larger than an 8 might need a medium. You might also try the black version (different brand) you can buy over the counter at KMart. More cloth-like and look like a regular sock. A bit looser fit, but they compress too. Amazon is great about returns. So take your best guess and if it doesn't fit, return it (less postage).

Answer:	At its thickest, about 4-5mm (.160 in.). This is in the area of the plastic insert that provides support, including the thickness of stocking and velcro. Could be worn under socks.

Answer:	No. Just one comes in each package. If you have plantar fasciitis in both feet I would recommend getting one and seeing how you like it before purchasing 2. Wearing these on both feet can be a little bulky, but not terrible if they work for you.

Answer:	Definitely a gradual result and different for everyone. No way it worked overnight but I have been wearing it faithfully for about 2 months and the horrible heel pain is pretty much all gone. Noticed improvement within 1 month though.

Step 1

Loosen fasteners on calf and foot straps. Slide foot through calf strap so support rests on top of foot.

Step 2

Adjust position of support so calf strap is approximately 2 inches above the ankle bone. Adjust calf strap from both sides to provide a firm, yet comfortable fit.

Step 3

Center wide portion of foot strap under ball of foot. Attach fastener on wider end of foot strap to top of support. Pull toes up, wrap remaining strap around foot and attach fastener.
