What I can tell you that may be helpful is there is not just one way of using does elastic band to sport your ankles. As a rule the small elastic end where the loop is goes around your heel and it is how you start to wrap it around your ankle. I did several experiment to see how it can be wrapped around the ankle. I found that there are at least three or four different ways which all do the job. One thing I must consider when I wrap this thing is where the bulky end ends up for comfort. Which can vary according to what shoes I'm wearing.

Answer:	Easiest way to put it on is to undo every strap and all the velcro pieces to get everything loose. The two big plastic shafts - twirl until they're pointing at the floor. This will leave one big hole into which you put your toes. Pull the main piece on with the little white Size tag placed at the top right, up your calf a bit. Then attach the first velcro around your calf, then the velcro piece underneath that, from ankle pointing to calf. Then pull the A-shaped stretchy velcro straps across top of foot/ankle and attach. Then wrap the big strap at the top (with the Z logo on it) around your calf and attach with velcro. Took me awhile to figure this out even after watching the instructional video.

Answer:	I suspect you’re correct. There are other braces that are smaller. I had to return one. I wear men’s size 12M.

Answer:	It is no different than using an ace bandage. In fact it is thinner compared to the long ace bandage. It is confortable while wearing and I have had NO discomfort wearing while playing golf. Being 84 years young I don't run and have jumped little ditches on the golf course. You would have to define weird and feeling while wearing is controlled by ones brain and no two people react the same

Answer:	I wear it with my exercise shoes when I exercise. It is a little bit bulky. I have to widen the laces a bit on that shoe. However, it gives my ankle great support and I don't have any pain or during my exercising!!! It does get sweaty, so I have a couple so while one is in the wash I still have one to wear.
